What a crappy name. Names that feel like an advert just don't sound right. I saw a 222 at Derby named "Carbon Cutter" last week, nice bit of corporate backslapping there. Get some proud names on them if you're going to name a train. Industry, people, places, institutions, these sound proud and evoke a sense of tradition and accomplishment. If you can't do that, do something clever; Virgins Thunderbirds are excellent examples.

No idea they where going to do that. Working at Crown Point this morning & as the cars left for Yarmouth i thought the 90 looked in immaculate condition & had to double take the nameplate!! Word didnt get round about that one which is unusual.
