Another location puzzle

I would guess Tamworth pre-electrification, which would fit with the loco allocation and account for what might be another platform on what might be a railway line crossing over at right-angle...

Agreed, I think it is Tamworth Low Level looking west. Have a look at .warwickshirerailways.com .

It’s a co-acting signal for sighting. The top arm will be seen by drivers before passing under the bridge.

actually I was referring to the splitting home (?) signal in the original pic (and the others,) I almost convinced myself that they were upper-quadrant summersault signals.
