mmmm ... not too much to go on unless you know that brickwork!
61525 was a Stratford engine in BR days, withdrawn August 1951. First coach has a roof destination board so suggests quite probably (but not definitively) a service from Liverpool Street.
Sorry not much help here!
Cheers - the request is for a very close friend who is an Eastern Region modeller and a bit of an authority on the M&GN and former GE lines. He isn't very computer-literate and asked me to research whether any B12s, in particular that example, were ever briefly repainted in experimental BR Express Blue, as he bought a Hornby model of that loco as a project recently (it was originally sold as part of a set, but a local model shop had the loco for sale second-hand). He gave me the dates of overhaul and withdrawal of the loco and I found that photo, which intrigued him as the coaches appear to be in a monotone finish, which given the withdrawal date suggests that they had yet to be repainted in carmine and cream. Strangely, the loco is lacking a shed plate, which he found unusual. I thought I'd enquire here as to the location on his behalf.
