Another delay repay question

On 3rd June 2018, I started out on my holiday to Wales. Due to a delay at Haselmere, my train left Reading 31L and arrived at Birmingham New Street similarly late. The knock-on effect made me miss my planned connections and arrive into Llandudno an hour later than planned. Am I able to claim for the BHM-CRE ticket as well? (The CRE-LLD portion was covered by an explore Wales pass) Also, as I split the ticket through Banbury, do I have to make separate claims?
