Another de-railed Freight train!

Looking on the staff website and i can see ANOTHER de-railed freight train! looks to be between BHM and TAM anybody get affected or know any details about this?

yeah was interesting hearing about that today.

there was some on the news as well about it with videos, round Washwood heath they said.

Does this mean that Virgin will be covering Lichfield to Burton because of diversions?
Cause AlexS said that they were doing it this morning, but I dunno if it was due to this or not...
If it does then I'm gonna miss it

Various people have been talking about this. I'll summarise what they said below....

66541 derailed at Duddesden Jn, blocking Birmingham to Derby line. 2 wagons off the road with 1 container on it's side (apparently).

Virgin XC service diverted via Lichfield, with Central putting on busses between Nuneaton - Water Orton - Birmingham.

Line is expected to reopen about 6am tomorrow.
