Anomalies in late night services from Waterloo to Andover

Hi all,

I’m quite bemused to find that on the 21st there is no 23:09 or 00:28 (22nd) departure from Basingstoke to Andover; nor is there a replacement bus. However, the services were present last week and are present in the New Year. Is there something going on whether strike or operations wise which have removed these services for a few days that people know of? I can’t find a record of amendments from a quick Google though I can’t seem to download the PDF timetables from SWR site either to check there.

If it’s a system fault, what’s the best route for flagging the issue NRE or SWR?

Both the 22:20 & 23:40 are showing as cancelled in RTT (http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/W90734/2017/12/21/advanced & http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/W90742/2017/12/21/advanced)

Nothing mentioned on NRE for engineering works forcing a bus from Basingstoke to Salisbury.

They appear to be cancelled beyond Basingstoke all week.

Thanks for the replies, I just talked to someone very helpful at SWR who was very apologetic. The issue seems to be a part-cancellation in error by NR. However, I have been assured that trains will be running as normal from Basingstoke to Salisbury. There's something new to discover every day on the railway.
