Annual season ticket- delay refund?

I currently hold an annual Gold Card from Farnborough Stations to Guildford. It's due to expire on 31st December, and won't be getting renewed as I have been allocated a parking space (finally ) at work. Most years I've had a 5 or 10% poor service discount applied to the reneweal, which I've been happy with. This year is there any other way I can get compensated for the sub-target performance over the year?

Basically, no. Most TOCs are moving to a Delay-Repay system where you get a derisory-sized rail travel voucher for each individual delay over 30 minutes, but SWT doesn't have this.

Although there were apparently 1.5 void days in the last year, so in theory you get the price of a single for each half-day.

It's an "any permitted" ticket, with FGW being the most direct route. Would this make a difference?

Although if you look back over my posting history, you'll see that its route validity is unclear at best. In previous years the discount has been based on FGW performance figures.

Hm. Yorkie and I both jumped to SWT given the station names, but if you use FGW, then the answer is unfortunately the same as it also hasn't adopted Delay-Repay.
