Be the annoying passenger on the tube (see daren O'Brien sketch), and have your phone ring while you're in the tunnel (set off a ring tone) then have a pretend conversation along the lines of "it's fallen how much?"
This especially works well when surrounded by business people!

I find the best thing to do is to tut a lot then get a piece of paper and being flirting with this person non-verbally. That will either A: get rid of them or B: get them interested. If it's B and You're not, then tell them your prices!!!!!!!!!!!

Not really...

I don't find it annoying at all. I do it when I'm bored and see something I like. Also if I'm reading the paper which I often do when going to work, If someone wants to take a quick glance at something they look to find interesting, I'll let them read it as long as they don't moan to when I come to turn the page.
