Animate Controls

Hi Everyone

Can anybody tell me how....or let me know if there is a tutorial
anywhere which tells me how i can animate.....eg. the throttle.

I know many of then say base it on another cabview but i couldn't
so i made it from scratch and now i cannot animate the controls!
Help!
