I have plans to use an Anglia Plus Day Rover tomorrow with 16-25 railcard discount, and on the Greater Anglia website, it mentions it is valid on Lowestoft town services operated by first group, so tomorrow, If I want to get the bus to the railway station, would this be valid?

Should be yes. Norwich drivers in my experience are aware of the arrangement.

The GA website has:

FREE local bus travel with Anglia Plus Rangers and Rovers

If you're travelling to Norwich, Ipswich, or Great Yarmouth you'll enjoy an even easier, more affordable journey because our Anglia Plus One Day Ranger and Flexi Rover both offer free travel on the following local bus services:

On any First Eastern Counties bus in Norfolk, except Park & Ride services.
Between Ipswich or Derby Road stations and Ipswich Town Centre on any direct services by First Eastern Counties or Ipswich Buses, or by Ipswich Buses to Ipswich Hospital (Heath Road) or Ransomes Industrial Estate.
Between Great Yarmouth station and the Town Centre or Beach on any direct service operated by Anglian Coaches.

So it looks as though there's no bus travel in Lowestoft (Suffolk) included!

It's on the National Rail enquiries website:

Between Bury St Edmunds station and the town centre by any service operated by First Eastern Counties buses, in Lowestoft on the town-centre services operated by First Eastern Counties buses
