Anglia Class 153 - 153306

Does anyone know if 153306 is in service at the moment. I did hear that they were having sanders fitted. Would the diagrams be the same as they were a few years ago someone posted a list of the Four diagrams and one spare.

Probably not, since then there has been a top and tail slam door set on the Yarmouth and Lowestoft route

The loco-hauled set is often used even when spare DMUs are available if it has been paid for already.

Oh & defo in traffic. Had the (pleasure) of this beast on the 1005/1205 Nrw-Lwt services today.

Thanks for the info that it is in traffic at the moment. May have a crack at it this week It's my last 153 for haulage but every time I go to East Anglia it's never in service or I don't see it.

Nowadays it is, going back a few years as per the op question this set wasn't used as much so the diagrams have been changed as this set cant go to Sheringham

You probably go to Norwich and cant find it then to Ipswich and forget about the Sudbury branch

There is a 153 diagram from Cambridge to Ipswich as the first train in the morning, this then works the 8:30 ish to Felixstowe
