Android App "Track Locator" download?

Hi all,

I'm looking for track Locator app please, had it for years but since switching to new phone it's vanished and not on app store etc?!
Any help would be much appreciated all

Are you using an Android or an Apple device?

If the latter, the app has disappeared from the Google Play store, but is available from various other outlets.
