but several years ago it was in the press in the area that the Andover to Lugershall line, now only used for mod traffic, would reopen when new housing is built in Lugershall. I don't know if anyone knows anything about this. How true it is, and what the possibilities are.
Also, as an aside there was talk of a new Andover East station with the new developments to the east of the town. Think this was turned down though?
