Andoid App disontinued?

[I tried to post this to Forum Announcements, but wasn't allowed to.]

I have just bought a new tablet. On my old one I had the RailUK forum app, but when I went to install it on my new tablet, I couldn't find it in the Play Store. Has it been discontinued? Or am I looking in the wrong place? I found it a handy little tool for browsing discussions.

I don't use it, but isn't the app actually called Tapatalk? I believe it has an option to select the forum you wish to view (so railforums.co.uk in this case)

No, the OP is referring to the forums specific app, I know the Apple one was discontinued a while back, I don't know about the Android one.

I can't find it on the Play Store either, couldn't say if it's been discontinued but you can use the mobile interface which I find works just as well as the app, the link is below

Tapatalk works fine with this forum, I'm typing this on it now.
The app used to be very good but it's been getting worse with each update for the last couple of years, so I use an old version. You can download the last decent version from https://www.dropbox.com/s/nxievvcclhtn8hc/com.quoord.tapatalkpro.activity.apk
