It's a video.
A gentleman operates the emergency door release on a train that was accelerating out of a station. He then forces the door open, steps out of the train and immediately falls over as he steps from the moving train to the stationary platform.

Though I must admit that when the old Hamburg 471 units were still in use in the late 1990s (pre-WW2, wooden bench seating and tungsten lighting!) the drivers tended to be in the habit of releasing the doors when the cab reached the platform, probably because the newer units allowed that to be done because the release wouldn't actually occur until the train stopped. As such I also had a habit of opening the doors as soon as they were released...but not quite being as stupid so as to jump out at speed like that!
(Be lying if I said I hadn't left or boarded a (slowly) moving Routemaster or Bozza bus, though

Probably yes, it looks to me as if the train isn't booked to stop so he isolates the air supply, pushes the doors open (breaking the interlock and putting the brakes on) and he then steps from the moving train onto the platform and immediately goes base over apex onto the platform, unfortunately managing not to head-butt the concrete post.
And people wonder why we over-react about keys getting into the hands of the general public!

All trains are booked to stop at 47th. It could be that he realised he was on the wrong train and tried to get off

There are quite a number of them. An interesting solution to minding the gap, though possibly at the risk of clothing getting caught.

Slightly different I admit, but certain stations (Berrylands, Deighton, Outwood, Slawit) show signs of movement when a fast train passes!
