Currently approaching LA on an hour late running South West Chief. Scheduled into LA at 0815 yet breakfast is from 0500 - 0545 ??

Typical of Amtrak long distance Service. The reason is they apparently need several hours to clean up and do paperwork in order to exit the train promptly on arrival at final destination

Plenty of catchup time in the timetable it seems.

Running over an hour late but then only 15min late at LA.
