Would this be a realistic possibility or pie in the sky?

Unfortunately Beith North is not, and never was, in Beith! Unless people are prepared to walk there, they would presumably have to drive to the new station, which is what they probably do now to Glengarnock. The branch from Lugton to Beith Town is another thing however (extension of electrification from Barrhead?.....:D)
