Alternatives during disruption

I see there is signal-based disruption between Bournemouth and Southampton this afternoon.

SWR's advertised alternative routings include an impressively long list of morebus routes. But one of those listed is X3 Poole-Bournemouth-Salisbury.

You'd need to be a time traveller and go back several years (5?) to use that one. Where does SWR dig up such nonsense?

If you are in Poole, you would have to get to Bournemouth (I'm sure that there are Bournemouth region buses which do that). From Bournemouth the Salisbury Reds X3 operates to Salisbury half hourly during the day and hourly in the evening (less frequently on Sundays).

Yes plenty of morebus buses Poole to Bournemouth, then morebus X3 to Salisbury - but not direct from Poole to Salisbury as quoted by SWR, that's the point.
