Alternative ways of generating horse power

Cardiff Bus appears to be experimenting with a new, environmentally friendly*, way of generating some of the horse power required to move a bus.

Whilst environmentally friendly in general it's unlikely to be friendly to the environment in the bus!

Whoever is operating the twitter account for Cardiff Bus and South Wales police has an excruciating sense of humour.

South Wales Police:-

"A loose horse on the 'mane' A48 Eastern Ave decided it wanted to 'stirrup' a little trouble but in doing so it risked falling 'foal' of the law," the force said.

Cardiff Bus tweeted to say: "Thankfully the bus is back in its stable, but awaiting a clean.

The Police have confirmed that there was no horseplay involved however Cardiff Bus have reported that the bus is still under starters orders and are suspecting it's performance across the jumps is going to be poor.
