Hi,

If I have been given tickets from West Worthing to Three Bridges which involve a change at either Burgess Hill or Haywards Heath. Could I start my journey at Arundel instead and go direct to Three Bridges. The price looks the same if I do a via Arundel journey instead. It's just I can get to Arundel just as quick as West Worthing and it would make my train journey quicker and easier, however do not want to be fined.

Thanks in advance

Assuming you have an Off-Peak/Anytime ticket, it looks like going from West Worthing to Three Bridges via Arundel is a valid route*, so I believe this is possible.

*using my usual litmus test of the NR Journey Planner, popping West Worthing to Three Bridges via Arundel, and seeing if it can be done on a single ticket.

Thanks I did do a planner on Southern's website and both routes can be bought and the price is the same so assume it would be ok.
