I done some digging thru some data troves of the Alstom/ Bombardier Inverters recordings a pal did with a sensor and inductor of 160MH on the 720 and 345s. What is interesting is the inverter pulse patterns (Multi stage pulsing you can hear on different trains as if they're gear changing) are quite the same as some Metro Japanese trains. So I decided to test that. A pretty perfect fit without any sound editing is the JR 210-1000 Series as below.
Surprising suits the Quiet Class 345 Aventra very well imo.
