Altered WTT schedule on mid-Cheshire line

Hello does anyone know why for the last few days passenger trains going from Manchester Piccadilly to Chester have been timetable to run a few minutes later from Navigation Road onwards?

This chenge only seems to show on RRT as a WTT not on the northern train app.

Any ideas?

There is a points failure affecting the single line section between Stockport and Navigation Road, this is causing delays to trains in the Chester direction and Northern seem to have input revised schedules to take this input account. This is only showing on RTT (and TRUST internally), it has not been input into Darwin which is what feeds the Northern App, so the revised schedules won't appear on there.

It’s to do with the ongoing flooding situation at Skelton Junction, causing track circuit failures.
