The classes of 175/180/334/458/460 are designated as members of the Coradia model (types 1000 and Juniper respectively) but I have noticed that Alstom make almost no mention of these sub-models in the Coradia brochures and videos on their website - only the more proliferate LINT/Duplex/Nordic/Continental designs are mentioned.

(a very tiny thumb of a 180 is the closest mention to the UK models!)

Are the UK classes true Coradia family members or a separate model?

I think it's partly that they're not that well related to other Coradia models (a bit like with Desiros), and partly that they've not actively targeted the UK market in a good long while.

I think that they probably get no mention because of their poor reliability. Not really a good advertisement if you're trying to sell a train...

Plus the fact that there's not much point in putting pictures of models that you can't make in....

I would think that all the classes mentioned don't meet the very latest crash protection regulations so wouldn't be built.

Yeah, as a sales tool, the poor record of the Alstom (non-Pendolino) fleets on NR is not really worth employing.

of course, the 458s are now excellent in performance, and there's no real issue with the 334s any more. But the poor performance is why they didn't win more orders and shut the Washwood Heath factory where all of these were built.

Really? How come Turbostars and Electrostars from the same time are still being built then? I don't think crash regulations have changed since around privatisation.

Engine emmision standards have increased dramatically, from something like EURO II to EURO V, this also has a knock on effect on weight of materials as reductions are made to allow for more efficent less powerful engines. I dont think crash standards have tightened much though internal layout for disability has.
