Are all the usual first goodies included?

I don't want a row, but all the information the OP asks for is not there!

First class goodies e.g. If you board an EC train at KX with 1st ALR will you get a free meal if you are going to Peterbro? Donny? Leeds? York? Inverness? Do you need a reservation?

First Class lounge availability? Are you allowed in 1st class lounges at KX, Euston, Mancester, Sheffield etc,etc,, with an ALR? Which ones? Do you need a reservation?etc etc

First Class "goodies" are listed by each Train Company, as they vary, so sadly visit each website and see what they offer
It varies from nothing (such as SWT), complimentary tea and biscuits (such as FGW), to complete meals (such as VT)

First Class Lounges and their access
Again, this varies by each Train Company, so visit each website
Many are free (such as VT), however some charge for entry to each (such as EMT)
