"Paddington" could be either - GWR Class 800s called it "Paddington" for a short while so I'll use take that as it being called "Paddington".
Whatever trains announce it as, the official station name must be used. For National Rail, the official name is "London Paddington". For London Underground, the official name is "Paddington". Thus, one needs to show that by putting "Paddington (LU)".
