Allowance question.

Hi everyone, I've got my DM interview coming up in februrary for Southeastern and have been sent some info regarding the salary, a sample rosta and have noticed that there's an allowance of £1786 for my depot, but others have £0 allowance. Might be a stupid question and have an obvious answer but it's not entirely clear to me (and it's not written in the info sent to me) what the allowance is for.

From my understanding, trainees get free travel, so I'm thinking uniform?

Location allowance, (London weighting) is it based in London

You'll probably find all the depots with £0 are coastal/rural depots.
