I think the thread title is slightly misleading, and that this may even just be better suited as a post in the bustimes thread. I expected to open a thread about how TFGM/First Group’s entire ticketing system was down, as opposed to simply not showing up on bustimes

It's the second time the tracking has gone down today as well, I noticed it went down this morning around quarter past 8 for 15 minutes. Very odd.

I apologise for the misleading title… It was not intended to be like that…

One thing I found odd was prior to the ticket machines going down, Aberdeen was tracking but Glasgow wasn’t…

In Bradford (and presumably throughout West Yorkshire) none of the signs at bus stops or in the interchange are showing predicted times, just scheduled ones.

Can someone test the apps?

I am assuming they don’t work

Seems to be all working again. I've checked Bustimes and a couple of the Passenger apps to make sure. Also working on the First Bus app.

We lost all tracking and messaging functions at around 1500hrs in Merseyside. There then followed 3 hours were the system was between 30 and 50 minutes behind real time, eg send a message, arrives 50 min later and buses showing where they were 50 min ago. Slowly came back on between 1730 and 1800.
