All stopped on the Devon/Cornwall main line now?

Has everything stopped on the main line through Dawlish. Opentraintimes says nothing moving, and nothing has passed the webcams for a while. Anybody know anything about this?

Sadly, a person has been hit by a train. Lines closed.

Trains on the move, and the air ambulance has just flown over my house inbound to the RD&E from the general direction of dawlish, it leaves me a little hopeful that it’s not fatal
