I drive north (very north) a lot, and have noticed that the West Highland Stations are all lit up. e.g. Upper Tyndrum, which is (I assume still) the least used station on the line is conspicuously bright when viewed from the A82. Do Scotrail have any legal obligation to keep the lights on all night, even when there is many hours between the 2 Caledonian Sleeper services, or some other reason why the lights are always on?
