Algeciras-Bobadilla (Andalusia) query

I am/was hoping to travel this scenic route in late September.

It has been closed since the severe floods early this year and I recall at the time suggestions that the line would be closed till September.

Has anyone any info about its reopening, or a link to a specialist group that might help (Google can only find a defunct Iberian Railways one)?

PS I recall that RENFE/ADIF gave very little notice of reopening the line to Malaga.

I have no useful information to hand but don't keep your hopes up. I'm in Valencia and I've been waiting almost 2 years in October for my local line to reopen. Time is a flexible concept in Spain, and 'urgency' really doesn't belong in the Spanish dictionary...
