Alexander Dennis Enviro200H (2008-?)

I remember reading on Wikipedia a while ago that a hybrid version of the Alexander Dennis (Limited) ("ADL") E200 Classic, known as the E200H, was offered from 2008, but I'd never seen any in pictures online or heard anyone discussing it, and Wikipedia quotes no sources for that section, so had assumed none were built for operation in the UK.
However today I was looking at Colchri Coaches (Glasgow) on bustimes.org and just happened to click through to their website, which I've found has images of one E200H on the front page. There are no E200Hs listed on the Vehicles page on bustimes.org though, so I'm unsure if they still operate any.
My questions are therefore:

• how many E200Hs were sold for operation in the UK (and sources for further reading, if possible)?
• how many E200Hs did/do Colchri Coaches operate (and sources for further reading, if possible)?
• given that ADL sold a diesel midibus named the E200 of which the hybrid version was named E200H, why was the hybrid version of the full-size E300 named the E350H, and not E300H?

This reports the hybrid vehicles being E200Hs rather than the E350Hs which are operating currently. Is this correct that the original order was for E200Hs, and if so why was it changed to E350Hs?
Also the article says that the vehicles are for Perth and Glasgow. I know the vehicles for Perth are currently operating in Aberdeen, still with their ex-Gold interior. Did the vehicles for Glasgow ever materialize? As far as I was aware, the only single-deck hybrids Stagecoach has operated in Scotland were the Gold E350Hs in Perth as above, and the green E350Hs on the Hospital service in Aberdeen.

As far as I remember the Scottish Green Bus funding was changed to Enviro 350Hs, when these were announced, and the December 2010 announcement was when the funding was initially announced which changed when the contracts were finalised.

5 were ordered for TfLs bus operator of last resort in 2008 (which I think was called East Thames Bus) however plans were afoot to sell ETB (Go Ahead bought East Thames in 2009) and they were diverted to London United and became part of the allocation on 371 from about April 2009 (the balance of the allocation for route 371 contract starting July 2009 was diesel E200 DE 22-31, later 20022-31)

HDE1-5 limped on (often with 1 or 2 off road for months awaiting parts) and were withdrawn almost exactly on their 10th birthday. It suggests there was some contractual obligation to keep them on 371 for 10 years (but as far as I’m aware nothing on this has been made public)

The Colchri ones spent more time off the road than on it. The last few years of their lease saw them parked up.
