Maybe the punishment gives a "hole" new meaning to Ring Master...

That might actually break Gemini's word filters. :D
I must confess I was thinking more of the whip, but the Gomez song is about Whippin Manchester Piccadilly.

@chrisjo. This could run a while... ;)

AI image: inside a London Underground carriage. Dogs everywhere, barking. Oh and a defecating German Shepherd. The dot matrix destination board reads BARKING and there are other themed messages in the carriage too.

Everyone - Would you be able to put a caption with any pictures you post please.

We do have visually impaired members who very much appreciate it.

Thanks!

@chrisjo - That’s a very pleasing scene for some reason.

I tried to get Gemini to put the IC swallow livery on a Eurostar (I've always wondered how close you could make an IC250 from spliced Eurostar and Class 91 bodies in OO scale).

Sadly, despite loading photos of IC250 and 373s these are what I got:

Google Gemini started so promising, when I asked it for an AI 55022 with nine Mk1s two photographers and a farmer. Then it went downhill...
The farmer's robust Deltic enthusiasm is to be commended. Alas, seeing gricers leap 30 feet into the air with excitement is all too rare a sight these days. We should all follow his example (on non electrified lines of course).

Brilliant McRhu! :D

If it's any consolation, the thread linked below has far more  normal people in it!

Can it count?
Ironically, I've changed the description to eight Mk1 carriages and I am actually getting AI results with eight carriages - see attached.
However, after 100+ attempts at generating an AI Deltic, I've yet to get a convincing one and I'll admit defeat.

That looks like what you get when a Deltic and a Peak love each other very much... ;)

I'm finding it difficult to draw the line between 'Mad' and 'Realistic'. Meanwhile:

A typical scene from the Bluebell Railway as I remember it from a visit with the scouts back in the 1960s.....

Initially the description included a robin, then I changed it to a song thrush. Now I've got an improbable hybrid that would provoke a twitchers frenzy. Also I've noticed today that what you see in the Gemini preview image may be subtly changed when you download it - just the job for a 'spot the difference' puzzle.

Where has the gorilla escaped from in the first picture?

I wonder how much it costs to ride in the tender?

It is good to note that the deer have learned to cross safely. Whilst the group have been split by the train, those on the left side are paying attention.

In light of @Benters comment, it seems the Gorilla has quickly continued on its escape.

Very good blend of realism and fantasy with a dreamlike quality.

As homage to one forum Mod's thread - link below - I thought I'd try a 1980s BR(ScR) motive power depot - hence its name :D - and I have my own photos of Eastfield taken in 1988.

I gave Google Gemini a detailed descriptive input for location, lighting, locos & liveries.
The 20+ AI results, of varying incorrect-ness, included these - a rare class 3.7 diesel locomotive of Co wheel arrangement; and possibly the most ambitious track layout I ever saw...

Presumably access to the sheds in the second picture is via the floodlit tennis courts behind.

The extra rail is obviously the equivalent of the extra finger. There is an extra rail on the three tracks going left to right on the second image too. I guess GenAI just likes giving value for money.

I suspect Gemini's subversively trying to reintroduce Brunel's broad gauge...

What was apparent, is that Gemini has no reliable reference / source data for classes 08, 20, 26, split-box 37, nor any DMU.

This is now making me wonder if these shortened 37s are some kind of cut and shut remanant put back together for shunting. Somewhere there is a stretch 37 using all the "middle" parts removed from the shortened ones.

Maybe AI can produce such a stretch 37 complete with loud hen do. Might even make those young lads from a few pages ago look up from their magazines.

Unsurprisingly, if you give mad inputs you get mad outputs. I will leave it to the reader to determine what the input may have been! It's coincidental that all face left. Inspiration for some fun models made with 'leftovers', maybe?

Utterly brilliant, @pdeaves 8-) If only Santa Pod raceway had a railway line along the drag strip.
In a parallel universe - these are in the stories of Thomas the Yank Engine. :D

I instructed Gemini for an eastwards view of the many tracks at Clapham Junction; with:
- a SWT class 444 on the left, passing the carriage washer,
- a pair of SWT class 450s in middle of scene,
- a Southern 377 to the right of the scene,
- Bulleid West Country 34046 Braunton approaching with ten green Mk1 carriages.

It's fair to say Gemini's AI algorithms aren't quite there yet....
