if there was more glass in the roof then I could believe that was Paddington now.

The advert saying "send in the clowns on a groupsave" is a genius piece of marketing.
The thread I linked in post 170 - it has an AI interpretation of Paddington's roof (and a RES 47 underneath).
That "Group Saver" poster - I spent a wee while thinking of a slogan to include within my descriptive instructions :D

Paddington does indeed have more glass. It is a month since I was last there and so my memory has become hazy. Plus, with Spiderman about, it is hard to remember exactly the glass percentage in the roof. There was no RES47 that day though.

I boarded at the front of the 10-car Swansea service so avoiding the clowns.

I like this one!
"Draw me a class 08 gronk shunter pulling a regional railways train"
Seems to be wrong side running as the other track has been lifted.
Also included less successful attempt

I then added "lots smoke" and got this odd contraption
Still the window hangers seem enthusiastic!

Little known motive power evaluation by GWR: these Bo-Bo derivatives of the class 57.
Two examples freshly painted - and one in the middle yet to be painted and yet to receive its high intensity light clusters.

Oh - the depot? It could only be L-AI-ra ;)

Imagine if CrossCountry had an order for these to run all services... Get them built.

(I do agree that there could be more Union Jacks, but complaining about the lack of flags would make a change from complaining about the seats on new stock)

For the top one it reminds me of the quest to get the upper deck front seat to pretend you are driving the bus. With that train it seems the top deck front seat is driving the train (but so is the actual drivers seat on the donor 15x.)

It is interesting that AI has gone for a train bottom deck and a double decker bus upper deck when forming these trains. It is like a blue print of what to do with redundant diesel bus bodies and the 15x series.

To be fair, these don’t look too bad…
That knickerbocker glory looks filling. :D And the Haynes Motor Manual for Shed maintenance o_O I couldn't resist!

Some might say AI reinforces stereotypes...
You mean....? :D

On a serious level, yes, it has gone for white males again. The image inside the depot cafeteria is much more obvious, though.

I do like this magazine choice for trainspotters, though one fears they should be looking at VPNs now. Looking at the photo it may be from before the days when digital age credentials were a thing.

This is a great thread, thanks to @Sun Chariot and others for keeping the posts coming.

It was worth braving the rain, back in the 1970s, purely to snare all these unusual class of Co-Co diesel locomotive.

By the mid 1980s, Network Southeast's trial livery didn't get beyond the depot confines; but a RF 47/0 turned up. So did more darned rain, too...

The levitating engineers/mechanics in the second one!
Depot workers really have secret propulsion jets in the soles of their work boots. :D
Three of my earlier posts include levitating railmen: two loco drivers and a scrapyard flame-cutting worker!

I've finally managed to generate a realistic AI HST. It's on this linked thread:

This "Azuma" has  some class 801 resemblance. But what's with the bioluminescent deer....!
And this "170 Turbostar" is crossing over a quite remarkable junction of trackwork...
Something tells me this GBRf depot shunt isn't going to end well....

Those deer share a lot of similarities with the ones you see on Christmas cards. They are almost lining up to pull a sleigh.

At least with the turbostar the AI has correctly identified that in the UK, and with all that trackwork, only a single short DMU will be operating.

The flip side - attached is one of the many "monster DMU formations" it generated, before I saw a result of plausible length...

That clock is glorious. Your doing or AI?
Thanks. :) I had a sudden idea for a GBRf 50 shape around the clock face. The aIgorithms did the rest.
As with nearly everything in the image, I wrote a descriptive instruction of what I wanted to see in the finished image.

After @Sun Chariot suggested a class 66 in Malachite, here's a very quick stab. Kind of reminds me of Bulleid's Leader!

It definitely looks more appealing than 66779 Evening Star which, in its real form, doesn't (in my view) suit Brunswick Green.

I have a composition in mind - with a twist, too! So I'll try it this evening ,once my daily "100 images generating" quota resets. :)

Mostly Glasgow-ish. Mostly.
Ask Gemini for a 4-PEP in Network SouthEast livery set in late 1980s Clapham Junction and you get, er, well..
