I was going for the anachronism of the red lines and assuming this was a historic image. There seem to be cars going in the opposite direction to the bus on both sides of the road so I assumed that the one on the right was parked because no one understood they could not park on a double red line.

There does not seem to be much else wrong.

On a different thread, @Topological treated us to the delights of Bee Network's buses. Less-known, are the Swallow buses of the deprived Abercwm area.

Here, hopeful first-time buyers make use of Swallow buses' new route (and its temporary bus-stop) for the prospective regeneration and new affordable housing at Abercwm's old steelworks and iron slagheap.

Meanwhile, back in the countryside the drivers are doing a much better job. Just behind the camera is a tractor taking a converted party trailer to it's next freshers week event. The bus has correctly moved lanes to overtake. When I took the photo I had some issues with my phone and missed the trailer. I exclaimed something stronger than "Number 2".

I think you caught the decay of Blackpool perfectly in the images. These days I cannot joke that the weather in your photos is a bit good for a British seaside. It is just not clear why the lad with the red spray paint tagged the front of the bus with a self-portrait.

It is amazing what takes place in plain sight these days. That Portsmouth and Southsea picture certainly shows all that is wrong with society. Why can people not just overtake if the people in front are walking too slowly?

Meanwhile, the quest to finally get a MotoGP champion from the UK is receiving excellent support from an older generation who knew exactly how to overtake dawdlers.

Issues involving the wronguns can appear in the most surprising of places. In suburban Brentford, wing buses are helping turn the corner.
