Ive been offered a job with scotrail through a recruitment agency called blue arrow its just a maintenance position in a station. Any ideas what this could be doing? And what it means for me working for blue arrow?

Can’t answer specifically, but a lot of TOCs use agency staff for security or gateline duties. I’d imagine you’d know if it was security as they’d require you to hold an SIA licence.
