Advice re an image flashing up on iPhone

Weird one but past couple of weeks when searching on Safari it can be football sites, hotel sites, even this site as I hit the site link to go into it I get this dog image flash up for a second, in fact I’ve only just managed to screenshot it as it’s that quick (attached)

It shouldn’t do but it’s driving me nuts, anyone with a bit of tech knowledge have any ideas what it’s all about?

Not sure why it'd flash up, but it's the Dogecoin logo that Elon Musk has for some reason nobody quite understands put on the Twitter front screen.

When Twitter loads for a split second you get the Dog icon in the middle of the web page. Its possible this happens with embedded tweets in other websites too?

It's so that people searching for Elon and Doge will get links about the logo change rather than the Dogecoin racketeering lawsuit.
