Advice on changing Advance Ticket booked on TPE

I have an advance ticket booked on the TPE website. The fulfillment method is TOD. Travel is on Saturday.

Is it still possible for me to change this fee free this close to travel? Would I have to book another ticket then submit a refund request?

Does the TOC need to stay the same? Northern Only or could I change it to one TPE only.
