Hello all,
I currently work for GWR and will soon be getting a transfer to a station closer to home, however I have an interview for Virgin coming soon but I'm not sure if I really want the virgin job anymore as I now have my transfer, can any virgin train driver please give me any more details about the perks of working for virgin (do I get airline travel etc) and the incremental pay system how long does it take and what do you go up In, plus is there any cool conditions like XC have about banking RDs, typical hrs driving in a day, what was it like at the selection event/ group activity
