Hello everyone,

I passed my on-line assessments and then role-play at the East Croydon office and now I will face the final stage- the interview with two station managers. The role is for station office- selling tickets, providing information to customers, refunding tickets etc.

What should I expect as the invitation email hasn't got any specific information. Will it be questions such as 'tell me about a situation when you worked under stress' or 'tell me about a situation when you handled a challenging customer' etc.? Or it will be more informal one such as 'tell me about yourself', 'why this company?', 'why this position?'?

Should I dress in a suit and wear a tie? Same like for the assessment day at East Croydon?

I'm a little bit nervous about how it will go and I would appreciate some useful information.
Thank you in advance :).

Suit definitely, or at very least a shirt, tie and business attire trousers.

You can expect the interview to be a mix of what you’ve already posted I’d imagine. They’ll probably ask some competency questions “Tell me a time when...” as a rule, so try and have a few examples in your pocket.

Good luck!
