Just out of interest when you see the advertised salaries for Jobs (namely driver positions) does the salary include shift allowances?

I’ve never had a shift allowance so not exactly sure how it works.

What factors decide whether someone gets a shift allowance anyway?

Cheers

I don't receive any extra pay for the night shifts I get rostered for. Sunday is outside my working week, but if they can't cover the shift, you gotta work it...

Most advertised salaries will be for a basic 35 hour week which for me is 4 shifts a week (averaged).

My company is exactly like First_Class. No extra allowances for night working, and salary is also based on a 35hr 4 day week excluding sunday
