Epping Ongar Railway looks like a good candidate.

Close to the real place of the station's fictional name of "North Weald", and although from opposite directions plenty of correlation between the scene and this photo;

Given that there's a sign on the wall that states, "North Weald" my money's on a small station in Essex about three miles from Epping on what used to be the Central Line choob.
