Have an advanced ticket for Thursday from Victoria at 19:35.

Presumably due to overtime ban this train is now not running and has disappeared from the schedule.

What are my rights? Do I have to travel on a train either side of the original time, or can I just claim a full refund? (This is my preference)

You can claim a refund if the train is no longer running. If you bought a "return" (as 2x Advance Singles) both can be refunded.

You can choose a refund if you wish, this would cover the ticket purchased.

I'm not sure the NRCoT give any right to this, although in practice most TOCs will readily refund both.
