I have some advance tickets booked using a Disabled railcard for later in the year for myself and now my wife has said she wants to come with me.

So as she will be with me on the train can i buy a advance ticket for her and put in for a Disabled railcard fare or will she have to pay the full price of the advance ticket fare?

I know she would get the same discount as me if i had booked her ticket when i booked mine so not sure if i can book the same ticket with the same discount.

Yes you can purchase separately with the discount for a companion, as long as you both travel together on the same journey.
