Advance ticket question

I have 2 advances from Tottenham Hale to Stansted Airport (Greater Anglia). Is there a reason why I can't collect these from any TVM? I have collected other company's tickets from my local TVMs but this particular journey cannot be printed

Have they been issued as eTickets? If so, you are free to print them out if you wish but it will need to be on your own printer rather than at a TVM.

But the TVM was able to print out another operator's tickets (GTR)

Have they been issued as eTickets? If so, you are free to print them out if you wish but it will need to be on your own printer rather than at a TVM.

I don't know specifically. I just booked the journey in order to print ordinary paper tickets from a TVM like I normally do. Once booked, I am emailed confirmation with a code that needs to be entered into the TVM along with my payment card

I just booked the journey in order to print ordinary paper tickets from a TVM like I normally do. Just wondered why this particular journey is different....

Your booking confirmation should be clear on whether the tickets are for collection, or are attached as a pdf.

They are for collection from a TVM

Are these promotional Hare Fares? If so I expect the TVM (or the systems that it uses) have not been updated to include this ticket type.

No, they're not. I've DMed the OP for info, and checked the booking.
