Advance Ticket Change

Hi,

I have an advance ticket for early tomorrow morning that I bought from the ticket office at the starting station for travel, and want to travel on an earlier service and change the ticket up to a walk-up fare.

The only problem is the ticket office at the starting station isn't open when that earlier service departs. It is also shut now.

Does anyone have any ideas?

If you just want to have it excessed to the walk-on fare, then if there is no opportunity to do it before boarding, you are entitled to the excess onboard, plus the £10 admin fee.

You can excess the Advance to a return fare if you so wish.
