Advance Prices please for Crewe to Bournemouth

I am going to Football and we are playing Bournemouth on Sat 29th Aug and would like some fares and times please for 2 Adults and 1 Child from Crewe to Bournemouth please.

I dont mind what route we take and if we have to split tickets or change trains.

we need to be there about 2pm and leave again about 5.30pm.

no advance fares from what I can see.. Get a family rail card total would be £160.00 or without a family rail card it would be £223.25.

That is August bank holiday weekend, so I suspect that all advance tickets would have been sold several weeks ago, as there will be high demand to the south coast.
Expect the trains to be very busy, especially if the weather is good.

You can save money by splitting on this journey, as day returns will generally be cheaper where they are available. My best (but I expect this is beatable) is currently:
SDR Crewe - Stafford (you need to get a train that stops at Stafford, e.g. LM)
CDR Stafford - Birmingham New Street
CDR Birmingham New Street - Banbury
CDR Banbury - Bournemouth route Not London
Total price £190.50 without a railcard. Get a Family and Friends Railcard and save quite a lot!

SDR = Anytime Day Return, CDR = Off-Peak Day Return. All tickets are valid on any train as it's a weekend.
