Advance notice of engineering work

I'm hoping to take a trip to Scotland during the Spring some time. At present, I'm looking at an itinerary which takes in a Bank Holiday Monday, a Saturday and a Sunday, so there's a reasonable likelihood of some kind of disruption somewhere along the line. I can vary my journey if I know where trouble is going to occur. It is easy to find a TfL webpage which gives a rough outline of work up to 6-7 months ahead, but Google searches have yielded nothing for Network Rail beyond the standard 3 months which is easily found. I'm pretty sure there have been threads here which have pointed towards the information, so could someone help me out? (assuming I've not completely made this up!).

It’s all on the NR website, but you have to know where to look.

The link below is to maps of the country showing where there are works from April - September 2026. Albeit these were issued a year ago and likely out of date. Even then there is lots of industry jargon and code which needs deciphering.
