It's a complimentary ticket with a nominal value for accounting purposes (the cost to the customer is still nil, but shows up as being paid for by warrant) = i.e. £0.05W on the ticket.

Virgin Trains issue these. Shouldn't appear on mixing deck though.

I had a complimentary 1st Class ticket from Virgin once and it showed a value of 5p - now I know why.
