Hi everyone,

2 years ago I received an administrative disposal from Chiltern railways with which they dropped their SJPN. Now I am switching my UK visa status for which I am asked whether I have received any "caution, warning, reprimand, or other out-of-court penalties". Not as an immigration legal advice, but do you think I should disclose my Chiltern AD here?

Thanks a lot for all your help!

Sites like this are legally forbidden from offering immigration advice, even something as seemingly trivial as this.
Only specialist immigration solicitors / legal advisors are allowed to provide advice

Mod note:

As @Acathater has said, it is illegal for anyone unqualified to give immigration advice and the stakes here are obviously very high for you.

Therefore all we can do is to recommend that you find an immigration adviser and disclose the full circumstances to them:
