Does anyone know what work is being done at Acton Goods Yard? A tunnel? Same with just west of Hayes & Harlington Station

Acton is getting a diveunder, to help separate London-bound Crossrail services from freight trains leaving the yard - see article in the New Civil Engineer.

As for Hayes & Harlington I presume your referring to the Stockley Flyover - this IanVisits article has some before and after track diagrams.

An underpass will be taking the up relief under the yard connections, primarily to allow down direction freight trains from the yard to reach the down relief without a flat crossing. Part of the Crossrail Project.
